Refund policy

Each fleur d'oz item is hand-printed and sewn with care in house. Due to the handmade nature of our products, color and print variations are to be expected. Each product is unique and one of a kind. Since each item is truly a work of art, all items are listed as final sale, and we do not accept returns unless there is a quality issue with the product.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen items when your order is delivered to the address you included in your order. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items from your mailbox/home if the package was confirmed and tracked as delivered.
